Introduction to Meditation (Free)

10:00 am - 11:30 am

We will be offering a 5 week beginning meditation course. This course is designed to help beginners establish an ongoing meditation practice and will include meditation instruction, guided meditations, brief talks and discussion on the philosophy of practice.

Topics include:
- Getting to know our minds
- Meditation and embodiment
- Gentleness, precision and humour in practice
- Working with thoughts and emotions

The class will be offered from 10 am to 11:30am on the following days:
Saturday November 25
Saturday December 9
Saturday January 13 (2018)
Saturday February 10
Saturday March 10

There is no cost for this but donations are welcome.
