On Friday February 13 and Saturday February 14, Mitra Mark presented a lively, experiential workshop on the Essential Points of the Path of Mindful Activity. The Path of Mindful Activity is about making our understanding and experience of the Dharma personal, integrating the Dharma with our daily life and connecting with our joyful Dharma “heart”. “How do we sustain this joy?” This question was the basis of our exploration in the workshop. We explored it playfully, through the lens of meditation, reflection, and group activities.
On Sunday, our morning meditation culminated in Refuge Vows for a few of our members.
On Sunday afternoon, Mitra Mark presented a workshop on End of LIfe Practice and hosted a group discussion during which attendees were able to share their own experiences.
