During this past Easter Holiday Season, members of Nalandabodhi Toronto offered their home for a residential, silent retreat in the country. This was the second residential silent retreat offered to the members of Nalandabodhi Toronto. The retreat was held from Friday, April 3 to Sunday April 5, 2015.
The silent retreat provided an opportunity for Nalandabodhi members to practice, study and engage in mindful activity. Each day provided 4 hours of sitting and walking meditation, watching a DVD of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche’s teachings, and practicing the path of Mindful Activity during meal preparation and clean up.
Everyone who participated agreed that it was a real boost to their practice.
